"Met Patrick by pure chance. We needed a new bathroom and had a gut feel when I met him. He proved to be what you would imagine an 'old school' plumber to be...and I mean no disrespect at all. Patrick was always on time for the number of planning phase appointments, he offered some really great advice on the design and on which quality products to purchase to maximize our available space. I offered to pay a deposit on the first day he began the project but he declined saying I can pay in full on the satisfactory completion. His estimate for the project was reasonable and didn't deviate at all when completed. This was after a few additions were agreed on. His finishing was very good and kept the site in a clean condition. After every day's work it was cleaned as expected. We are very pleased with the final product. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick."

"Patrick is the best plumber I ever called to work on my flat. He is super friendly, and incredibly thorough in his work. He replaced our shower head and tap, and we also asked him to redo the silicone. Not only did he do that perfectly, but he went the extra mile by noticing that our old grout was crumbling. He scraped it all back and regrouted the affected areas before applying the new silicone. The final result was great and has held up perfectly for months now without any issues. All of this was done at a lower price than a previous plumber who did less and with worse quality."
